Volunteer opportunity: Join the NRIG executive

Do you enjoy speaking out for nurses, health and health care? Are you looking to use or develop your leadership skills? NRIG is looking for dynamic members (like yourself) to join our NRIG executive!

  • Chair-Elect (1-year term; up to a 4-year commitment):

  • Communications Executive Network Officer - Newsletter (2-year term):
  • Member-at-Large–NRIG Board/NRIG Director—Awards (2-year term):

Period for nominations: April 30 to May 31, 2021 by noon

This is the perfect opportunity to nominate nurse leaders to the NRIG Executive - self-nominations are welcome. NRIG promotes the understanding, conduct, and uptake of nursing research through collaboration, funding, education, networking, and lobbying to improve the health of individuals and families in Ontario. The executive aims to do with a variety of strategies -read about them here. If you think you can help the Executive implement NRIG’s mission and strategies, we welcome your nomination!

Candidates must be NRIG members in good standing and agree to serve a two-year term (other than student representatives) if elected. To submit your nomination, please complete the online call for nominations form https://myrnao.ca/cfn__nrig_2021.
